• Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Non-Refundable Items:

• Customized or personalized products

• Products damaged due to customer mishandling

• Final sale items (clearly marked as non-refundable)

Refund Process:

2. Provide order number and reason for refund

3. We will issue a Return Authorization if approved

4. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned item

3. Mdinacouncil Exchange Policy

We Offer Exchanges For:

• Wrong items received

• Defective or damaged products

• Size/color exchanges (subject to availability)

Exchange Process:

1. Email service@mdinacouncil.com within 14 days of delivery

2. Include:

   • Order number

   • Photos of defective/damaged items (if applicable)

   • Requested replacement details

3. We will provide return instructions

4. Your replacement will be shipped upon receiving returned item

Exchange Shipping:

• Free return shipping for our errors (wrong/defective items)

• Customer pays return shipping for size/color exchanges

4. Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

1. Do NOT discard the item or packaging

2. Take clear photos showing the damage/defect

3. Contact us within 48 hours at service@mdinacouncil.com with:

   • Order number

   • Detailed photos/video of issue

4. We will arrange for replacement or refund

5. Important Notes

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error

• Refunds will be issued to original payment method
